First, measure your fireplace’s width (in the back) and depth to determine which model best suits your needs. Grate Heater dimensions need only be less than your fireplace dimensions.
The Grate Heater comes in these sizes: 24” wide x 22” deep; 22” wide x 20” deep; and 20” wide x 17” deep. All three sizes are available with the cord/motor on the right side or left side (as you face the fireplace). Order the unit that is correct for your situation.
All units come with a front grille 1-3/8” high and adjustable from 29-1/4” to 48” wide. If you are sizing for new doors, simply subtract 1-3/8” from the actual fireplace opening to allow for the front grille of the Grate Heater. For fireplaces with existing glass doors, simply cut the heater grille extensions (included) to glass door width and elevate glass doors 1-3/8”. Existing glass door hardware can be used to secure it to the heater grille.

Warranty Information
The Original Grate Heater has a full three-year warranty from the date of purchase on square tubing and a one-year warranty on all electrical components. Units must be operated in accordance with operating instructions. Damage due to abuse or misuse is not covered.

Try The Original Grate Heater in your own home. If you aren't satisfied with its performance, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. We simply ask that you re-pack it in its original shipping box, re-bolted to its shipping board. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (generally $25 to $35 by UPS Ground). If you want to return your unit, you must call for a return shipping authorization number.
